Unlike the EDECOA 3000W 24V inverter, a modified 24V DC sine wave replacing this inverter, the reliable 3000W inverter works perfectly with AC start. Since this is a larger unit, I reconfigured my components to install an inverter. Access to the fuses has become easier than in the previous block. I have an automatic switching unit that switches to shore power when my battery gets too low. To test this, I turned on my AC, electric water heater, two TVs, and microwave, and the inverter handled it all just fine. The fan runs frequently, but in short bursts and not too loud.
