I purchased these for my Granddaughter for her 4th Birthday. She's tiny and takes a size 3-4T. These will fit her for a very long time. We did not have to have the elastic stretch at all. She had on a jogging suit that was rather thick so I'm thinking they'd fit several sizes up. The tutus were quite long. She absolutely loves them. I was shocked by the great quality for the price. Perfect addition to her dress up bag. Can also be worn as a Halloween Costume. The only negative was the Birthday Banner is very large and for her to wear it I would have had to pin it and the words would be cut off. I would definitely purchase again.
