Review on Grabease by Julius Robinson

After my recent bad experience with Grabease, I cannot recommend their online business to anyone. To begin with, I had a hard time navigating their site and locating the items I was seeking. There was a lack of detail in the product descriptions, and the search tool was unreliable. Second, it was a hassle to check out. Error notifications started popping up whenever I tried to add something to my cart or complete a purchase. My order was declined multiple times until it got through. Finally, I was disappointed in how they handled shipment and delivery. My order arrived well beyond its expected date and was badly packaged when it finally did. Overall, shopping through Grabease's website was a disappointment for me. There is room for improvement in both the quality of the website and the speed with which orders are processed and delivered.
