The cape is made of a different material than the photo. The (black and gold, not purple) cloak is pinned in front on the right shoulder, but the black feathers are pushed forward on the left shoulder. The velvet hat is comically tightened and the jewels in the crown are oddly placed. Maybe the COVID workers didn't check it. I have many Kurt Adler Nutcrackers and they are generally well made. Unfortunately I will be sending this back.
