I'm having a few issues, some of them are related to the quality of the product and possibly an issue with the merchant using my credit card to make fraudulent payments. The item arrived with all parts wrapped on both sides, which "sealed" the parts from scratches and/or damage. However, one item arrived broken. The "instructions" don't really give any useful info on how to assemble the box (it's held in place with rubber bands), but after a few tries I was able to figure out which parts were the sides, bottom, and top. Not sure why there is a lock as the box can be easily disassembled by removing the rubber bands? Also, by the end of the evening the entire top on both sides of the card slot was cracked. And to top it off. I rarely use the credit card I used to purchase this box and now weeks after using it here at Revain my card was fraudulently charged 2 days ago. Coincidence?
