Well it's not Kool-Aide but I'm not a kid looking for a sugar top. I take my training seriously and need some serious bullshit before my training. I follow at 4 p.m. An intermittent fasting protocol where I train on an empty stomach. I don't drink coffee and I can't drink tea on a hot day, so this pre-workout was exactly what I was looking for. Most other foods contain sugar or artificial sweeteners, as well as branched-chain amino acids. All of this is bad for fasting, but Naked Energy has none of it, but does what it's supposed to. It gives me the focus and energy I need to train. If you're looking for a pre-workout that tastes like cherry needles, tropical gummy bears, and fruit punch, then this isn't for you. If you want a serious supplement for serious people, buy it in bulk.
