This iron is GREAT! I have 3b/c low back, multiracial, naturally curly hair and let me tell you, a good flat iron that can style my hair well without damaging or frizzing is hard to find! This iron has served its purpose. This iron is beautifully packaged. Comes with a really nice case as well as a plastic lid that fits over the top of the iron to close it. It's easy to use and read. The temperature is read inside with blue dots. Very easy to understand and adjust the heat. I started with wet hair, blow dried it and then got to work with the flat iron. It glides through the hair very smoothly, does not pull or tug on the hair strands at all. On the left my hair feels silky, soft and well-smoothed. I adjusted the temperature up and down depending on which part of my hair I was working on as the center back tends to be a little more problematic for me. My final photo is the finished product (aka my hair) after using this straightener. I have absolutely nothing to complain about with this iron and would absolutely recommend it.
