You can inflate balloons with this pump. Unfortunately mine broke 25 minutes after inflating the balloons. I let it sit for 30 minutes in case it overheated, which shouldn't have happened because I'm new to this and move very slowly. An hour later I had to go to the local store to buy another one because I had to make a garland that day. And it worked like a breeze. But the kit itself, except for the balloons that come with it (the quality isn't too good. Half burst because they were very flimsy) is really good. You get everything you need to create a beautiful garland. Unfortunately I have to send it back. But I'm glad I now have a worker who works very well and helped me assemble the garlands in less time than the first time. Try your luck because the cost of the set is quite high.
