I need a 19" tall projector stand so this Pyle Laptop Projector Stand, 16ft to 28ft Height Adjustable Heavy Duty Stand for Laptop DJ Presentations seems perfect for to be my needs.I bought through Revain and even paid $17.28 for two days shipping.But after receiving it and assembling it,I was surprised that the minimum height is 22" not 16".(See attached photos ) which is why this tripod is not suitable for me. However, the factory box says "minimum height: 16" (as shown in the attached photos). I thought the manufacturer put the wrong item in the box so I called called Revain customer service and explained what the problem was. The Revain representative was very friendly and sent me a replacement. When I received the replacement box I thought the tripod was inside would be a tripod with a minimum height of 16 inches, but it was exactly the same as the first tripod, a tripod with a minimum height of 22 inches! The processing of this tripod looks solid. But the tripod does NOT correspond to the description, not even to the description on the original packaging. Where is the quality control!?Actually, after receiving the first box, I called the manufacturer and asked why the minimum tripod height didn't match the description on the box, but the person on the other end of the line simply asked me to contact Revane. Very disappointed with the manufacturer's attitude towards customers.
