Skeptical if it works

I purchased so many things all at once to help with post partum hair loss and am not 100% certain what’s helped/worked! After spending so much money on this product o realized the second ingredient on this product is alcohol! How is this suppose to actually help the hair regrow w alcohol 😩

I purchased this product directly from the Rene Futerer website and it worked amazingly well. The product through ebay is causing my hair to shed terribly! I wonder if this is a legitimate product. Never again!
