
The product was everything we wanted, bright, large display, very clear and useful for my husband with Alzheimer's. It arrived on a Thursday and that night we put it up for him to see easily. This Saturday (just over 48 hours later) it worked. There was nobody around, it hadn't been touched since we put it up. I tried turning it back on but the display only showed lines, so I immediately contacted Revane via chat. What a disappointment! It took a long time trying different things and answering questions like "Did you like it?" Worst interaction with Revane I've ever had. FINALLY they told me they would send me a new one but if I don't send the old one back they charge me for both. For example, I want to keep the one that doesn't work? Or are they accusing me of trying to get a second one for free?
