ARM is easy to use and beneficial for staff and customers

The ease of use for both staff member and customers alike as it makes life easy with no fuss or bother.
I have nothing to dislike about this product so far but if you do think there could be something better then please let me know! We are using ARM's system at my work place which has been very beneficial in providing quick access information without all our paper records being around anymore - we keep track of time cards/schedules etc easily now instead having to manually input them into spreadsheets every week.

Pros

Easy interface, simple functionality
No need internet connection required; can run from your own computer once downloaded.
User friendly software that is intuitive enough even when used by first timers
