I ordered this device with a bit of skepticism. I half expected it to be too fragile to work well. But when it arrived I found that it was heavy, durable metal and solidly built. When I first used it I was very pleasantly surprised at how beautifully and easily it squeezes every ounce of juice out of a lime! I've never gotten so much juice from a lime. This gadget is worth it and is now my favorite in my kitchen!
