Do you remember when you bought electronics and they just worked forever? cheap plastic, looks cheap, dual antennas don't actually do anything but look neat. You might think this would help with range or transmission, but it really doesn't. The facility was ok but not as basic as they would like. Unless you're comparing to a Linksys router, which I've had since 2009. And a general reset didn't help either. But don't even think about customer service or troubleshooting help. All they have are online manuals and an email address that nobody answers. Of course they blame Covid but we all know they are cutting back on customer service to keep costs down.
