After just two months, the device's display started to freeze, as noted by other reviewers. "Fiix" is intended to disconnect and reconnect the device from the incoming phone line. This mostly works. Sometimes I have to do the "fix" multiple times before it works, but it's a headache. Also, I don't know if calls will be blocked while the screen is locked or not. I don't want to test/fix the display features every day to make sure they are working properly. Sort reviews by "critical reviews" to see others who have had a similar issue. In addition, it is great for blocking calls. Other reviews say that on Panasonic models connected in a "daisy chain" configuration, caller ID information doesn't go to the phones. On my Panasonic KX-TG7621 model with 4 extensions and DECT 6.0 Plus Bluetooth, both the phone number and the name of the caller are passed on to all extensions.
