The product is easy to use. I have never used a similar device, so I have no comparison. But here's my take: Pros1. Heats water to desired temperature.2. Wheels at the base of the unit for easy movement around the house.3. Drain hose 4. Timer5. Spike massage for each footcon1. As soon as you manipulate the temperature or the timer, there will be a continuous BEEP that won't stop! You can't turn it off.2. I wish the bucket was an inch wider and longer.3. The shiastu rollers for each leg will not roll unless you move them manually with your foot. It should be automatic and adjustable with no speed, back and forth. I rate it 4 stars. It was helpful for my feet. I rollerblade at skate parks and often hit my heels when jumping off the bench and this device helped my heels.
