As a toothbrush it is great. I was able to fill the tube easily and it lasted 10 days if I brushed twice a day. Filling up the tube for extra rides has become a messy business. It was very difficult to put toothpaste in a partially filled container without spilling the toothpaste all over the place. It is now in the handle covering the tube again. I'll probably do better the third time I refill the tube, but I've moved away from loving the product. I travel about 40% a year and have been trying to reduce pharmacy costs. It helped me get it done and being able to use my toothpaste of choice is a huge plus. I would recommend this item over folding toothbrushes and travel size tubes.
