combs are not cheap. I bought two sets as I keep losing them. After putting them on once, I took them off and broke 2 teeth. Well, I thought maybe I put them in the wrong way around and broke them. The next day I was very careful putting them together and when I took them out I broke 4 teeth on one side and 2 on the other. Well, too many broken teeth they won't hold your hair anymore! Okay, I bought another set. In short, I've lost more teeth in the 3 days I've been wearing this set! DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY! The material these combs are made of doesn't flex at all, so they are brittle and will break. I love them so much when they are whole but I won't waste my money again. They just can't take it! Oh, and no, I don't have thick hair. It's pretty good and just below my shoulders. ☹️
