Very good sound quality - love this thing!
I often have conference calls with 20+ people and this little thing delivers great sound quality both ways. I used to have this problem when calling from my regular VoIP phone, but in the almost two years since I bought it I haven't had any problems. Ease of use is fantastic too, with dedicated buttons for mute, volume up, volume down and hang up making things super easy; No more tedious searching for the right switch in the software. This is indeed a very, very good investment!
