Review on 🌞 Sunlite FML27 65K 2PK Fluorescent: Brilliant White Light for Natural Illumination by Kimberly Evans

I bought this because it was described as being compatible with Verilux lamps. They have the same number of pins, but the plastic cutouts face each other. It fits onto the pins but cannot be fully inserted to connect. It wasn't clear to me why it wasn't working, even though the problem was in the lamp itself. I had to take it to my brother who proved the electrical connection in the lamp was intact, re-ordered other working replacement lamps and then received a refund. As it has been over 30 days I required a support call and received about a 90% refund for the bulbs. They said I could keep the lightbulbs. Why, because they contain mercury, so they are hazardous waste. Also, they don't really fit. See how the cutouts on the sides face each other in the photo.
