Review on Mifun Parrot Costume Bird Wings Dress Up Halloween by Michael Colley

The bird headband seems to be made out of felt which I could make myself for about $1. The wings are made of very thin and transparent lace or a laser-like material, and the pattern on them is difficult to see, especially in a dimly lit room. Then they attached elastic bands to the shoulder and wrist areas. I think I could make this costume for less than $5. I wasn't expecting much for the price, but the quality and color could be a little better.
