This material is super reflective and very easy to use. Iron (wool setting) shiny side up, remove protective plastic cover. I have used this to make my running gear reflective and also to make my kids Halloween costumes safer. No, it doesn't glow during the day, the reflective tape works differently, but it reflects very brightly at night. I've attached a photo of my son in a sweatshirt that I put together with this tape. My camera flash lets you see how reflective the tape is and one without the flash so you can see how it looks during the day. I ended up buying a few more rolls just to have them, I'm happy with the product.
