I love my new hand grinder. It replaces my Gaggia MDF that I've had for 15 years. The ability to fine tune the grind is impressive and the magnetic catch works like a charm--clever engineering.Be advised: It does take decent grip strength with some beans and you do have to put some muscle behind it. It was too much for my wife and she's back to electric.For me, it's perfect. I use the small Maxus scale and only grind what I need each time.And, of course, taste: night and day between this and my well used Gaggia (sorry old friend).Extremely satisfied customer.
