I was so glad to get this machine but the bean light kept flashing which means the bean holder wasn't installed properly. No matter how many times we took it out and replaced it, the flashing light wouldn't go off and the coffee wouldn't grind. After an hour and a half of trying to fix the problem, the three of us finally called Revain tech support. They tried us for another half hour. (DeLonge was closed as it was after hours). Finally we packed it up and it's coming back. I hope the replacement they send actually works. crossed fingers
