Review on πŸ‘” Sleek Genuine Leather RFID Men's Wallets: The Ultimate Accessory for Men by Jun Merritt

Pleasantly Surprised

A week has passed and I am very happy with the purchase. My previous wallet was a thin RFID wallet. I liked the slim wallet's small size, but the minimal space and slots in the wallet meant everything was squeezed into a relatively small number of spaces. I stood at checkouts and cash registers and regularly rummaged through my wallet. I previously had a bi-fold wallet and liked it and the organization it offers, but I needed RFID protection because of the very real danger of using skimmers on a regular basis. This wallet meets all my needs for space, protection and looks. There's plenty of room for credit cards, membership cards, or other commonly used cards that you need to access on a daily and regular basis. So far I haven't tried to find what I need. The identification window is easily accessible, and after a week in my back pocket, the window doesn't start to fog up or close (like my previous wallet did). The detachable money clip works great too, as it's tight enough to hold the money in place but not so tight that it's difficult to pull cash out if needed. The clip itself is removable, but I find the wallet fits better with the clip attached than with it removed. I want an extra card slot in the wallet. There are currently two, and my previous wallet had three. However, this is a small difference that has not negatively impacted my ability to use the wallet. Wallet protection is a little unknown. RFID blocking technology is doing pretty well in the market, so I expected it to be a legitimate feature and not just a line in a legitimate promotional offer. I used a clip with my business ID and found that my employer's card reader couldn't read my ID no matter what pocket I put it in. I assume that the reading technology used by my company is probably better than the skimmers used by most bad actors. Suffice it to say that I am comfortable with the level of protection offered by the RFID technology used in this wallet. Finally, the appearance of the wallet is quite nice. It's absolutely leather and I've opted for a black body with an orange interior. I felt the color orange was so sharp that I could see the wallet in a dimly lit room or quickly identify it if it fell while I was outside. There were some comments about the sewing from other reviews. I agree it's not elegant. I had to use scissors and cut off any excess thread, but the stitching itself held up without a problem. I put my wallet in my back pocket and after sitting on it for over a week you can still tell it's a new wallet. Overall, the looks and durability far outweigh the price. The only downside I would blame this wallet for is that it can swell a bit when full. However, I also know that I carry a lot with me in my wallet, so many compartments and storage options naturally mean that I take more with me. After checking and trimming what I was carrying, I found that the wallet is marginally larger than the thin wallet I was previously using. Definitely recommend.
