Not as pictured Best in Cotton Balls and Swabs
I bought these specifically because they were pictured as a box that opens and closes. What I received was packaging that opens with a flap that allows dirt to get in and also makes it easier to fall out. They are also non-refundable although they are not open and not what I wanted. Very disappointing. I will no longer buy from them.
