Very good set of platforms and capabilities
It's a very complete toolset that provides all the functionalities we need in order to automate our business processes. The support team is also very helpful. We use it to automate our business processes (mainly financial ones) but have found some other uses as well. I would say it's not easy to learn at first. Also, there are no tutorials for new users. You need to know how to program in Java or another language to get the most out of it. If you're looking for an integrated platform where the different tools can be used together, this is the one. We are solving problems related to finance automation by automating manual tasks.
Pros
- Easy integration with Spring Boot applications; great documentation available through SwaggerUI interface which helps greatly when learning about APIs provided within camundaproject/camunta springboot module.; good community forum providing insights into issues faced while using API features
Cons
- Poor error reporting mechanism sometimes hard debug information may lead us far from actual issue causing code
