Computer not properly repaired
I have had this computer before and know it is a reliable unit, but this repaired computer arrived without a proper repair. No sound from speakers or headphone jack. Revain went to great lengths to get me in touch with HP support who went out of their way to get the computer properly updated. That being said, it was clear that a lot of items hadn't been updated. To be honest it looks like the seller made only minimal repairs. If you pay attention to the review dates all one star reviews start in 2020 so I would suggest buying something new or still under warranty elsewhere to save yourself the hassle.
