The best feature about this product was that it has helped me keep up with my customers needs. It would also help us know what they are looking for before we make changes or new products. Sometimes I wish there were some other ways of interacting with them like emails but I don’t think thats something that could be added anytime soon. Make sure that you have someone who knows how to use social media platforms such as Facebook and Twitter because if not then it may take longer than necessary to get results. We are able to track our clients interactions with us through reviews so we can see where their expectations differ from ours. I had been looking for a reputation management system that would provide me with a platform to manage my customer reviews as well as customer surveys. They were the best in terms of price and customer service. The only thing I didn't like was that they didn't provide the software for Mac at the time. I have been able to manage my customer reviews and surveys in a way that I had never done before. They helped me to have a better online reputation and have more positive feedback.
