Review on 🎮 VOYEE Classic Controller 2 Pack - Wired Pro Controllers for Wii Console, Compatible with Nintendo Wii - Black/White by Sam Anez

These controllers are a steal for the price but if you are a gamer and want to play your favorite games with a quality controller I would not recommend this controller. The biggest issue for me is that analog sticks have a range of at least 20°, which is TOT. no movement until you are 10° off center. Because of this dead zone/dead zone, I can't use these controllers for precise movement. It might as well be a D-Pad. The buttons don't all work reliably either. Most notable are the shoulder buttons, the L works well but the R clicked but didn't register until I pressed very hard. I also opened them up and measured the potentiometers to see if they could be replaced to fix the deadband issue. They can't because they're physically good looking. Apparently a dead zone was added to the controller firmware. Most likely to compensate for low quality analog stick potentiometers, or maybe they didn't want to develop an algorithm to calibrate the center of the sticks at power up.
