This allows the house to ventilate 😥

I really like the Venetian bronze color. Easy enough to install, strong enough, but what's really bad is that it lets too much air in through the holes and you can't plug them because then it won't work 😥 I have a piece of hard plastic 11"x 8" "wrapped" at the top of the inner panel so that it covers the entire opening but closes and lets mail through.Not suitable for utility bills!
