Poor plumbing
If you've already installed a toilet seat, you know that the most important part is the plumbing. This unit was supplied with standard plastic hand screws and nuts. Easy to remove and difficult to put on. First use of the seat it slipped and shifted and overall a poor product and none of the plastic screws can be further tightened. waste of time and money.
