I had a Fitbit Versa in just a couple of weeks. I loved it at first until yesterday. I woke up yesterday and it was working fine. In the middle of the day I went to check the time and the clock screen was unresponsive. Tried pressing all the buttons. It was fully charged. I restarted fitbit and it only showed the time, none of the buttons responded. The time shown was 4 hours earlier. Today I went to training and during training it was constantly buggy. None of the keys responded. No syncing with phone. The screen constantly suffered between the current training time and the minute before. I had to restart everything in reverse order to close the exercise because nothing else responded. After restarting it I tried to sync bluetooth to see if there was a software update for it. After Bluetooth didn't sync for hours, I gave up. I ship my Fitbit the other way around. I went online and it seems like a lot of people are having the same problem. For the first time in years I will try another fitness watch. Fitbit lost my business when they couldn't make a smartwatch that didn't even last a month before breaking.
