It's no secret that changing the oil in a Hemi 5.7 engine can be a HUGE mess! Enter the oil pit. I bought the 4 inch version and added a piece of tubing long enough to fit my drain jug. First I dismantled the oil filter, then put on the oil udder. Slowly remove the filter and drain as directed. Complete filter removal was collected in the oil udder. Carefully maneuvered filter from the engine compartment. Just a few drops of cleansing oil. Further. oil drain plug. pan oil. The OilUdder fits snugly in the drip pan and all the oil drains straight into the jug. Did the dirty work relatively painlessly! Recommend this unique tool to all Hemi owners who do their own oil changes. Better yet, add a piece of hose and drain directly into the waste oil jug. Buy it, you won't regret it.
