It seemed like a good deal and it had almost everything I needed. Unfortunately, one of the most important items, the leak detector, was not included in the kit. Revain ran out of replacement kits so I contacted the seller directly. The seller quickly recognized my problem and, since delivery of just the missing item was not possible, offered to send a complete new set free of charge. I hesitated as I didn't want the seller to go through all that trouble and expense but after a few more email exchanges I was reassured that this was the only way and not a problem. I gave in and accepted the offer. Unfortunately when the package arrived it only contained a set of pressure gauges but no leak detector yet. When I contacted the seller again, he offered me a 20% discount off my original purchase to make up for the missing part. This solution was perfect and I only wish they had suggested it for the original solution. The return was processed the same day. But five stars because of all the effort that the seller made to please the customer, me and the quality of the components. Mistakes happen, but it's rare to find a company willing to take responsibility and take action to correct those mistakes. So thank you VIVOHOME.
