These silicone mats are amazing. They are of good thickness, I don't want them to be thicker or thinner. They look a lot better in person than online. I used to hate using parchment paper because the edges of the paper would fly up and even burn with food on it. These silicone mats will not fly up or burn, safe at high temperatures. Also cleaning couldn't be easier since I throw them in the dishwasher. I realize they will last for many, many years. I have a Philips Digital Twin TurboStar XXL Airfryer. These square silicone mats fit almost perfectly on the Philips Kitchen Appliances Digital Twin TurboStar XXL Airfryer. I say "close" because there is a tiny bump at the edges of the rug where it can be very, very small to fit perfectly. However, this does not affect how well it works. (And if it bothers me, I might just cut it open to shave the splinters off the edges.) Those who own this particular fryer will know that it has the oddly curved bottom of both the basket and the grill. Maybe some people like this curve but it drives me crazy because I keep finding food rolling to the outside edges and I end up with a pile of food against the walls of the basket and no food in the middle of the basket or grill. Worse, when food rolls, I often end up with burnt food on one side and browned food on the other because the food doesn't stay in place after I flip it and return to its original position. With these silicone mats, food practically does not roll to the edge. They definitely prevent food from getting stuck in the basket which has been a constant problem. I don't think they keep the basket clean, although it's probably true to say that food doesn't get stuck in the basket that often. . After all, there are air holes in the mats, so the juices also flow out through these air holes. But to be honest, I knew it before I bought it. Because the food doesn't get stuck in the holes in the basket, it's easier to shake it to turn the food. And the food doesn't seem to get stuck in the holes of the silicone mats. I'm glad I bought these. I would definitely buy them again if suddenly lost for any reason.
