I ordered it as my old one is very inferior and outdated so I decided to try it. Wow what a difference. It comes with a glove, thin comb, clips and a rubber guard that slides over the barrel for protection. There is a digital temperature display and I suggest starting at the lowest temperature and working your way up. I have very fine, curly hair and 370 was almost perfect for me, but I could make it a little lower if I wanted to. Just straightening takes longer. It works incredibly well and I didn't feel like my hair got stuck or snagged like my old one did. It was so smooth going down bit by bit. What really surprised me was how smooth and healthy my hair became after the procedure. There was only one big difference from my old/cheap one. My hair looked and felt healthier. I also used it to curl the ends which worked well with a little flip up at the ends. The only downside I noticed was that the digital temperature gauge was unreadable in my bathroom as the plastic top part was very bright. I have to go to my darker bedroom to read what is important lest I melt my hair. I don't actually mind as I don't smooth often and I only have to look once after turning it on. Overall I like it and the old one is replaced!
