Terrible Drivers! I've had this printer for 18 months and have had to keep it running constantly. Today's problem is that I moved it to another computer in the office where it is recognized via USB but the automatically installed windows driver does not recognize the printer. Zebra's own utilities see the printer and can set it up and send test labels, but the Windows 10 driver itself doesn't recognize it. It was an expensive printer. This is a very good and fast label printer when it works. Don't buy this. Try one of the cheaper 4x6 shipping label printers at Revain first.
