So loading trays with quail eggs (with dividers) is tricky...if the egg is loaded from one side, the egg will sink to the bottom and push the divider to the other side, which makes this side too small for the eggs. So I had to start loading two at a time...one on each side of the baffle), starting in the middle, then at each end, and then filling. steep angle of rotation, but none fell out during incubation. BUT, back to the build... after loading the trays, I carefully grabbed the first one in the middle to load it into the incubator. I only heard a crackle! The trays appear rigid, but they are not. I lost quite a few eggs in this tray and had to clear it out and reload. Only handle them by the spigots at the end when working with small eggs and separators or you'll get in trouble too.
