Review of the CUKOR Online Store: A Tale of Terrifying Food: After my recent ordeal with the CUKOR online shop, I feel compelled to issue a warning to potential customers. I was lured in by their claim that I could find everything I needed to transform my home into a culinary paradise, but what I found was anything but.
To begin, I made the mistake of buying one of their tabletop burners. My stove caught fire because it overheated. It was soon extinguished, thankfully, but the damage had already been done. The customer service representatives at CUKOR were unhelpful and condescending when I contacted them about the defective merchandise. The CUKOR dining set I ordered also came broken, which was a major disappointment. I called customer support several times but was never given a replacement or refund. In sum, dealing with CUKOR was the worst horror I've ever had. The quality and safety of their goods are poor, and their support staff is terrible. Avoid doing business with this firm at all costs; I won't be recommending them to anyone.
