I was looking for headphones for the gym. These headphones are perfect for me. They are Bluetooth with long-lasting batteries. If you don't have Bluetooth, you can use the included 3.5mm adapter. The headphones are loud and help me focus on my workout. I don't hear any background noise and can concentrate on music and training. I would also like to point out that the headphones fit really well and don't really weigh you down, they fit comfortably if you know what I mean. After a workout, I just fold them up and put them in my bag until next time. Comes with headphones, USB charging adapter, 3.5mm audio cable.
