Good. I'm humble and I love good business. For my third purchase of "shoe organizers" I gave this brand a try, considering the half price of the competition and my previous purchases. They mostly work. But the assembly and adjustment is far inferior to other, more expensive brands I've tried. It usually takes several attempts for the two halves to connect and stay together. Then any adjustment inevitably leads to them breaking up again and the whole process starts all over again. I'm keeping them, but I'll look at a premium experience (and higher price) next time. UPDATE 8/6/21. My mind doesn't allow me to keep her any longer. If you lift them in and out of your closet every day to get at your boots, they fall off 90% of the time. It's time to get a more expensive, predictable and more functional model. UPDATE 7/22/21 - Today is a great day! I got the replacement shoe organizers from Shoe-UP today and they are 2x (maybe 5x) better than this half price "entry level" model. Sometimes it makes sense to pay a little more, in this case 22% more ($2.08 vs. $1.70 per host).
