Review on 🔥 Spectre Performance 4370 Stainless Steel Starter Heat Shield for Enhanced SEO by Jim Shirodkar

I have purchased Specter products before and have been generally pleased with my purchase; Both in terms of size and quality. This heat shield is described as suitable for "Chevrolet V-6 and V-8 engines with on-block starters". I bought this specifically for the Chevrolet 8.1 Vortec engine. The starter mounts directly to the block with two bolts so you would think it would fit. But it's not, and it's not close. I believe this heat shield was designed for earlier engines where the starters were bolted to the bell and not the block itself. The quality of the part itself seemed good and the price seemed reasonable to me. I gave two stars because the quality was good but it didn't match the product description.
