Review on mDesign by Steven Thelin

My most recent experience with purchasing at the mDesign online store was not a positive one. After placing an order for some household storage items, I was told that they would be sent out to me within the next week. Despite the fact that I had waited for my purchase for two weeks, it had not yet been delivered. After being placed on hold for a considerable amount of time when I attempted to contact their customer support, I was eventually informed that the processing of my order had been slowed down because of problems with the company's inventory. Regarding the delay, I was dissatisfied with the absence of communication and transparency that they displayed. My purchase did not meet my expectations in terms of both timeliness and quality, and I had to wait an additional week for it to be fulfilled. They appeared to be of poor quality and did not correspond to the description provided on the website. In general, I was unhappy with mDesign because of their slow delivery, poor communication, and the low quality of the products that I received. I will not be shopping with them again, and I would strongly advise others to seek elsewhere for their furnishings and provisions for the home and kitchen.
