I don't know why softness was a rating category because peeling requires some abrasiveness. I've been a fan of this product since I first bought it a few years ago. I bought other exfoliating cloth towels for the convenience and was disappointed. This product never disappoints and gets the job done. At first it seems very rough and rough, but that's the thing, it will soften over time. The affordability factor is the second reason I keep buying this product. If the towel becomes soft with wear or after a month, replacing it with a new one won't hurt your wallet. An excellent consumable that has quality and an affordable price!
