Has the head been redesigned? Much more aggressive

I bought a Parker 66R about two years ago and was really excited. Always a great shave with almost any blade. My wife dropped it on the floor while cleaning the razor stand and it broke. I ordered this in June 2020 and it's not the same. This one is super aggressive. I have to be very careful in tricky spots or I'll cut (even with the softest blades). I've tried contacting Parker if they remake it but their website says you should direct any questions to the seller you bought it from so no help here. I still love the butterfly clasp and the handle is amazing.
