I recently had dental surgery and needed to buy a rinsing device to improve my oral hygiene. This irrigator works very well, much better than just flossing. The device is rechargeable, so no batteries are required. A few tips for improvement: 1) It is very difficult, I would even say impossible, to completely empty the humidification chamber. Only 2 inputs/outputs. The first is a small door that you open, and the second is a small opening at the bottom of the chamber that allows water to enter the device. Due to the construction of the chamber, it is not possible to drain all the water. The second problem is that the small door hardly stays closed. There is an o-ring that closes the door but it needs to be a bit larger so there is more friction to keep the door closed. So far this is working but I'll probably call the company to see if they are aware of the issue and if they have a fix. The problem, ultimately, is that I don't think that door can remain closed. Although now everything is fine and the functioning of the device is good.
