One of the first reviews is a 1 star review but the reviewer didn't even use the bag which means the review is due removed should be slandered. I competed in the pre-olympic martial arts games and this is one of the best bags I have ever used. If you don't follow the instructions and can't assemble things properly, it's your own fault and the USER's. We had no trouble assembling the bag and used it weekly for 4 years (kicks, knees and elbows broke ribs on knockout or death rules) with no problems. If you're looking for a bag that will perform in just about any martial arts style, this is the one for you. Plus, it's a lot easier on the joints, which keeps your body in tip-top shape for a real fight!
