Bought this blender in January 2018. I stopped work today because I was in the middle of making the same smoothie I mix everyday out of sadness. The protection plan (direct sale) is useless as it still covers the manufacturer's warranty. I called Cuisinart and they don't replace blenders. I have to pay shipping (no guarantee), it takes 4-6 weeks to see if it can be repaired and if not then replace or not. Worst customer service ever. Now I didn't have a blender, it can't be returned to Revain, and it's not covered by the protection plan. Do not buy home appliances (big or small) online. Go to the store and if something happens you will get your money back.
