At this high price. I thought it was the whole pillow with a cover. THIS IS JUST A COVER. He is very soft! Washes very easily and does not shrink in the dryer. The long lasting vibrant colors have not faded at all and I have used it every day while breastfeeding, prone or resting. If milk is drunk on it, it won't soak up the pillow, but rolls off. Does not absorb unpleasant odors into the fabric. This is a high quality product.
